Salary Range: $77,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IATF 16949 compliant quality management system processes.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external certification audits to maintain IATF 16949 compliance.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using core tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to address non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement activities related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on APQP activities, including PPAP submissions and FMEA development.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Manage supplier quality by conducting assessments, defining quality requirements, and resolving supplier-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
• Strong knowledge of core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 is highly preferred.
