Salary Range: $83,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits and follow-up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities using core quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve performance.
• Provide training and support to personnel on IATF 16949 requirements and quality methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of IATF 16949 standards and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and quality problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
