Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking HR Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, from entry-level to management, ensuring a skilled workforce.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal setting and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and health & safety regulations relevant to manufacturing
- Experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation in a blue-collar setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals and improve workforce productivity
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies in an HR context.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS implementation or optimization.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
