Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to integrate demand forecasts into the production plan.
• Optimize production schedules to meet customer delivery dates while minimizing inventory and production costs.
• Monitor production performance against the MPS and adjust schedules as needed to address variances.
• Identify and resolve capacity constraints, material shortages, and other scheduling conflicts.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress and upcoming plans.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and communicate production schedules effectively.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy and scheduling efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
