Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering skill development and efficient workflow.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align IT strategy with production goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) commonly used in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures for operational technology (OT) and IT systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP systems specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT (Operational Technology) environment.
• Certifications in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
