Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and support of manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., MES, SCADA).
• Manage IT infrastructure for plant operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect operational technology (OT) and enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with manufacturing goals and digital transformation.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts specific to manufacturing software and hardware.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and system integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and support for the implementation of new manufacturing technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and operational technology (OT) within a manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network security, and data management in a production-critical environment.
• Experience with IT project management methodologies and leading successful technology implementations.
