Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Logistics Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory management strategies to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and transportation providers to secure favorable terms.
• Implement and maintain robust logistics software and systems for tracking and analysis.
• Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, freight management, and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification.
