Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

• Implement and sustain Lean tools and principles across production lines and support functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities to achieve operational excellence.
