Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize production flow, reduce lead times, and improve product quality.
  • Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects with measurable results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics) in a manufacturing context.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and visualization (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
