Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive First Article Inspections (FAI) according to AS9102 standards.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure part conformance.
• Utilize a wide range of precision measuring tools and equipment, including CMMs, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document detailed inspection results, including non-conformances, and generate comprehensive FAI reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve discrepancies and improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspection activities and ensure traceability of parts.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections as needed to support production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications (GD&T).
• Demonstrated ability to use various precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI) processes and AS9102 requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
