Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train finishing personnel on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finishing equipment and processes.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and initiate reorders as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures in finishing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior finishing technicians.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor).
