Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies within the finishing area.
• Train and develop new and existing employees on finishing processes and equipment operation.
• Optimize workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated experience with quality control procedures and problem-solving techniques.
