Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Hudsonville region seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with external sales teams to support territory growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information and technical assistance to customers.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to prospective and current clients.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience selling industrial or technical products.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings or specifications.
• Prior experience with an ERP system.
