Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking Inspection Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring tools suchs as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document inspection results accurately in accordance with quality procedures.
• Identify and tag non-conforming materials, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain inspection equipment through regular cleaning and calibration checks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
