Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Battle Creek seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads within assigned territories or product lines.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to close deals.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
