Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Grandville that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
- Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with B2B clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and their integration with sales processes.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production cycles.
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
