Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization within the logistics function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in materials management and logistics modules.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.
