Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and LOTO procedures

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, electrical)
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience operating and troubleshooting PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
