Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot automated production lines and robotic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC and plumbing.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• PLC troubleshooting experience

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software for work order management and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Certification in a specialized trade such as welding, HVAC, or industrial electricity.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or other material handling equipment.
