Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Manage departmental budget, including spare parts inventory, tools, and contractor services.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and support new equipment installations.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, maintenance history, and performance metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP or other relevant certification (e.g., CRL, CMM)
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics tools for maintenance performance tracking
