Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including performance reviews and training.
• Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Implement and maintain a robust spare parts inventory management system.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime and overall plant efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory
• Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and other lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA), environmental compliance, and quality standards relevant to manufacturing operations
