HR Generalist | Delta Township, MI
Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking HR Generalists. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions, from job posting to offer.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, facilitating a smooth integration into the company.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, mediating conflicts, and assisting with disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Facilitate HR-related training and development initiatives for employees and managers.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
