Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designs and optimizes electrical systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues on the production floor.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance strategies for electrical components.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Specifies and procures electrical components and systems.
• Creates and maintains electrical schematics and documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layout.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration in automated systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems
• Familiarity with robotics and automation in manufacturing
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar energy efficiency certification
• Experience with vision systems and sensors for quality control
