Assembly Supervisor | Rockford, MI

Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Rockford that are seeking Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of products.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in process improvement.
• Experience with automated assembly equipment and robotics.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English to better communicate with a diverse workforce.
