Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights to management.
• Lead the annual external audit process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance.
• Partner with operations to analyze production costs, variances, and profitability by product line.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, prepare accurate reports, and provide strategic recommendations
