Salary Range: $57,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience programming CNC lathes
• Proficient in G-code and M-code programming
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
• Strong understanding of tooling and fixture design
• Knowledge of various materials and their machining properties
