Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Train and mentor new assembly personnel on processes and safety.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• CAD software proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
