Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Ludington that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops, and communication.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify improvements.
• Collaborate with department managers to integrate CI projects with strategic business objectives.
• Manage the portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
