Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Hudsonville seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive the implementation of CI methodologies, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of CI initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Champion best practices and standardize improved processes across the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with change management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Minitab).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach others in CI methodologies.
