Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CI strategies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Drive the adoption of a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI progress and impact.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on CI tools and techniques for all levels of employees.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements and cost reductions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in manufacturing process optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation and modeling software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies for process improvement.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
