Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid improvements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI progress and impact.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and sustainment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control tools.
• Strong project management and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
