Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Continuous Improvement principles and practices.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and impact.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage employees in improvement efforts.
- Mentor and coach employees at all levels in the application of CI tools and mindsets.
- Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across facilities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with demonstrated project success.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and other quality tools.
- Strong leadership and change management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with various CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with AI-driven process optimization tools
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop CI talent within an organization
- Experience implementing CI principles in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
