Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits, including supplier and customer audits, and manage subsequent action plans.
  • Oversee the investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure product and process quality meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements through robust quality control measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Manage the quality assurance team, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Strong command of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Experience implementing or optimizing digital Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering quality-related training programs
