Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, achieving financial targets and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments within the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Optimize supply chain management and inventory control to support production demands and cost efficiency.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful leadership in manufacturing operations, including full P&L responsibility.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within a manufacturing context.
• Exceptional ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced manufacturing automation.
• Experience in managing international operations or global supply chains.
