Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including related tax filings and record maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and maintain office equipment.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for office and manufacturing supplies, processing purchase orders.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and maintain confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and ensure a tidy and functional workspace.
Recommended Qualifications
- Full-cycle bookkeeping expertise, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Proven experience with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills for effective office management.
- Experience with payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and generation of financial reports.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management processes or software
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One, Epicor)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis
- Basic understanding of HR functions and payroll processing for hourly employees
