Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize production processes.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
  • Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottleneck areas using data-driven approaches.
  • Drive the implementation of sustainable solutions and standardized work across operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and employee engagement.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.
  • Expertise in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
  • Demonstrated ability in advanced financial modeling and business case development
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
