Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating warehouse staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices for warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
  • - Familiarity with hazardous material handling and storage regulations.
  • - Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage third-party logistics providers.
