Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee daily inventory operations, including cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts for production.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure accurate material flow and inventory availability.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (ERP/MRP) and related software tools.
• Generate regular inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical skills for inventory forecasting, demand planning, and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes (e.g., cycle counting, root cause analysis, Lean principles).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module optimization.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for inventory analysis.
• Experience with warehouse automation or robotics integration.
