Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, waste, and variation in manufacturing processes.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify and analyze process bottlenecks and inefficiencies using statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve product quality, yield, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.
• Report project status, results, and lessons learned to senior management.
• Train and develop personnel in Six Sigma principles and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Manufacturing experience
• - Advanced statistical software proficiency (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
