Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes through value stream mapping and process analysis.
• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Standard Work, and Kanban across production areas.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools for production teams.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and track progress.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid process improvements.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts for improved material flow and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
• Demonstrated proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Experience leading and facilitating continuous improvement projects and workshops.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data for process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience utilizing manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
