Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM).
- Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Conduct value stream mapping to analyze current state processes and design future state improvements.
- Develop and implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
- Train, coach, and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving across the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable waste reduction in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) or process simulation tools.
- Experience integrating Lean methodologies with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
