Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and work instructions.
• Analyze process data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Specify, evaluate, and select appropriate process equipment and instrumentation.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, statistical process control).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with process simulation software or relevant engineering design tools (e.g., CAD, FEA).
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations in manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools.
• Experience with specific manufacturing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., CNC, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other production data management platforms.
