Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues impacting production yield, throughput, or quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials.
• Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Quality, R&D) to support new product introductions and process transfers.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, robotics)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI)
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
• Familiarity with MES, SCADA, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
