Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor quality control personnel, including training and performance management.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and lead corrective action processes.
• Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product release.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventative measures.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and follow-up on findings.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators and trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a team of quality technicians or inspectors.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and implement robust quality control plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Internal Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects
