Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components to restore robot functionality.
• Modify and optimize existing robot programs for new product configurations or process improvements.
• Calibrate robot arm positions and end-of-arm tooling for precision and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards for robotic operations.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new robotic cells and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB), including programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation control and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components of automated machinery.
• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) or HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
