Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for production, skilled trades, and engineering roles within manufacturing.
• Partner with manufacturing plant managers and department heads to understand specific hiring needs and technical requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate assessment to offer extension and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent within the manufacturing industry.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and manufacturing safety standards.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates for technical, skilled trades, and production positions within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, job functions, and industry-specific skill requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) or industry-specific safety regulations.
• Experience recruiting for specialized skilled trades or engineering roles within industrial settings.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms commonly used in large manufacturing organizations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish or other languages common in local manufacturing workforces.
