Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound materials and outbound finished products.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain functions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics.
• Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
• Experience implementing or optimizing supply chain technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, S&OP platforms)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
