Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control standards across all shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and engaged culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility management to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including talent development and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage plant budgets, P&L, and achieve financial targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality systems (e.g., ISO) within a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, robotics, automation)
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce demographics
