Salary Range: $118,000 - $167,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee engineering projects from conception to successful implementation, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D to resolve technical issues and achieve operational goals.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in manufacturing engineering principles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial, process).
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in project management for manufacturing initiatives, including capital equipment projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, advanced automation, or predictive maintenance.
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to global manufacturing operations or supply chain management.
