Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and schematics.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Program, troubleshoot, and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely repairs to restore production.
Recommended Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E safety standards.
- Experience with electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, control panels, and distribution equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform preventative maintenance on electrical machinery and components.
Bonus Qualifications
- PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
- Robotics electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with instrumentation and process control systems
- Advanced Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) commissioning and optimization knowledge
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo
